LAND USE APPLICATION

QuantumPlace has been engaged to apply to change the land use district (zoning) for the property. The application proposes to change the land use district from a mixed-use zone called Mixed-Use Active Frontage (MU-2f3.0h16) district with a height of 16 metres to Housing – Grade Orientated (H-GO)district with a height of 12 metres.

PROJECT LOCATION

The site is in the neighborhood of Bowness and is located at 47 Avenue NW off of 85 Street NW. It is northeast of Belvedere Parkway School and is walking distance to a variety of restaurants, retail and other commercial uses.
